Bonjourrrrrrr loves!!
So you all know, i love Winter. Like LOVEEEEE it!
I wait for this time every single year, and get majorrrrr jealousy pangs cos most other countries have this amazing Fall to Winter transition which is so perfect for Blog pictures. But i dont have it here in Dubai. Grrrrrr. Not happy.
So someone once asked me, what do you always like to have perfect or at least pretty before you go out, nails, makeup, eyebrows...and i said well HAIR! Duh.
Guys we literally look at a person and go like Ooooo Emmmm Geeeeeee, look at her hair! Or his hair. How gorgeous is he!
But is he that gorgeous? Na. Its probably just the hair that makes a world of difference. Now coming to the Winter x Hair blog story. Ahem. Not a great combination. Winters are usually devilish for hair.
So hair are some Hair tips for your Hair ( Geez, did i say Hair? or Here XXX)
1) Continue taking colder showers ( by this i dont mean Freeze yourself) But what i mean is take room temperature showers! Nothing is worse than turning up the heat on your hair!
2) Condition your hair - Let me tell you how i do it. I take some cononut oil and warm it up. Once luckewarm, i mix some honey into it. I apply this from my roots right until my lenghts. And then i wrap a Hot Towel around my head for a couple of mins. And then Go, Wash. Voila. You have shiny, soft, gorgeous Mane!
3) Avoid Heat Styling - Well this is pretty much the case all through the year. Avoid heat styling. For people with straight hair its pretty straight forward. But for people with waves like mine, i love to wash my hair, and then use a conditioner through the ends. Once its towel dried, i now take two drops of Gisou ( Honey Infused hair oil, by Celebrity Blogger, Negin Mirsalehi) and i run it between my palms, and the start by scrunching the ends, and then move to the rest of my hair. In the end i comb the bangs and only dry them using a Air Dryer.
4) Use Hair Masks - The more, the merrier! Your hair will thank you.
5) Make it BIG! - Use mousse, texture sprays, anything! But make it big and voluminous. Aaaaaaaaah how gorgeous!
Have fun doing so much to your hair you guys! And put up pics and tag me! Would love to see your winter hair styles, and tips!
Love!
